Mari Kuljus

Personnel Consultant

Mari is one of the founders of Kuljus Consulting. She has experience in personnel administration and management from public services and private enterprises. She has worked with small and middle-sized companies, including an international group.

Since 2003 Mari is regularly training people and arranging trainings. In recent years, her main fields of consulting in addition to communications have been on finding jobs and career development. Mari holds a master’s degree in psychology Tallinn University and she has studied HR management as a minor in the International University Audentes. In 2012 ja 2013 Mari continued her HRM studies in Marketing Institute in Helsinki.

Her ability to see the whole picture, while still keeping track of the details, her caring, thoroughness and solution-oriented focus help to achieve mutually beneficial results.

Mari speaks Estonian, English, Finnish and Russian.
