Establishing a Company in Finland

To set up your Sole Trader (TMI) business in Finland, we file the necessary establishment documents according to the provided data and your instructions and take care of the registration procedure. Sole Trader is a very common type of business in Finland. The state registration fee for establishing a TMI is 110 euros.
For setting up your Finnish PLC (private limited company or Oy), in addition to the aforementioned, the minimum capital of 2500 EUR must be transferred to the new bank account of the company being established. In order to open a bank account the founder must visit the bank personally for signing the contract.
The state registration fee for establishing an Oy is 380 euros.
Establishing your company in Finland takes up to seven weekdays on average. Tax registrations necessary for starting operations and invoicing take up to eight weeks on average.
